Why Movement? Why Now?

I can say from experience—movement has been the single greatest driver of my success. It’s where I break through the noise, sharpen my thinking, and show up ready to build something great. It’s where I’ve worked through every frustration, hardship, win, anxiety, and breakthrough idea. I never leave my movement practice the same as when I started—and that’s exactly why this space exists.

And yes, it’s no coincidence that this group’s acronym is CAC—because just like Customer Acquisition Cost, the investment you put in here pays off in growth, endurance, and long-term returns.
